Shipping Policy
Our shipping policy includes one complimentary re-attempt for delivery. We'll ship your order to the address you provide.
Should the postal service return the parcel to us due to issues like an inability to deliver, an incorrect address, or an unfound address, we will contact you to verify your shipping details and make one additional attempt to send the order.
Address Changes
If you request to have your parcel redirected to a different address or country after the initial shipment, additional charges will apply. Shipping costs vary significantly by destination, and these charges will be based on the new shipping location.
Failed Deliveries
If, after the second shipping attempt, the parcel is returned to us for any reason, we will process a refund for your purchase payment. Please note that the original shipping cost will not be refunded, as this fee covers the services already rendered for posting your order.

Recipient Country Responsibilities
Our responsibility for shipments and postal services extends from the point of dispatch until the goods arrive at the customs authority of the recipient country.
Please be advised that some countries may hold shipments for an undetermined period for customs clearance, and the recipient may be liable for additional fees or charges levied by the recipient country's customs department to release the shipment.
We cannot assume responsibility for any delays or additional charges imposed by the customs authorities of the recipient country. These charges and delays are solely the responsibility of the recipient.
We take full responsibility for your parcel, Until it has been delivered to your country's postal service. Once the package has reached its destination country, it becomes the customers and the local postal services responsibility to ensure it is delivered successfuly.
If your tracking information says "Delivered," but you have not received your parcel, please take the following steps:
* Check with your local postal service. They are the best source for updates on the delivery status and can help you locate the package.
* Wait 10 business days.
Sometimes packages are left with a neighbor or in a secure location on your property. This waiting period allows time for it to be found.
If after these steps you still cannot locate your parcel, please contact us with your order details and the information you have gathered. We will investigate the issue further with you.
Eventually, if the Parcel might be lost due to postal issues, we won't be able to help you with this as it is out of our reach.
